A very healthy and yummy snack or breakfast is a 
strawberry smoothie. Make sure you don't spill or
the smoothies eating you instead of you drink the smoothie!


ingredients:
strawberries
bannana sliced
strawberry or normal yogurt(optional)
ice cubes
a 1/2 cup of milk

                                  instructions:
                                    blend all ingredients in a blender
                                     and enjoy your wonderful smoothie!
                                  I'm gonna go make myself a smoothie!!!
                                              BE SAFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
